Scott Foley gets candid on love story with ex wife Jennifer Garner: ‘We hit it off instantly’

Scott Foley opened up on his relationship with ex wife Jennifer Garner after they accidentally bumped into each other at a Hollywood party.

The couple ended their short lived marriage in 2004 and Scott was given to reflecting on his previous love life with ex Jennifer Garner.

In an interview with SiriusXM's Radio Andy per US Weekly, Scott Foley said, “We were together for a total of about five years. I say that — I downplay that because my wife, [MarikaDomińczyk], is right behind me.”

The Scandal alum further revealed how he met Garner, “She played my girlfriend on Felicity. We met on the show and … we hit it off instantly and [we were] soon dating.”

“You have to say hello. You’re very civil, “I mean, we do not keep in contact because she has her own family. I have mine. … But I’ve seen her a few times — especially when we were living in L.A. — and Marika has been with me. You know, everybody says hi and you’re cordial and you move on. That’s life, right?”

For those unversed, the couple parted ways due to irreconcilable differences.
