Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate have been arrested and slammed with heinous charges brought forward by the British authorities.
The brothers were taken into custody in the United States, according to the UK’s Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).
Andrew was charged with “seven further counts of rape” and others related to “crimes including sex trafficking and child pornography.”
On the other hand, his younger brother was accused of sexual assault, rape and assisting “trafficking for sexual exploitation.”
According to the reports, the two committed the crimes during July 2010 and August 2017. However, the accused continue to deny the allegations levelled against them.
Malcolm McHaffie, the Head of the Special Crime Division at the Crown Prosecution Service, revealed that Tate brothers were charged after authorities received a “further file of evidence from Bedfordshire Police.
He stated that the number of “alleged victims” are now seven. A request for the extradition of the two has been put forward as they hold dual nationality, being British-US citizens.
Meanwhile, Andrew and Tristan’s lawyer insisted that they are “innocent,” which is a fact that is being abused by their enemies, calling the UK charges “a political hit.”
The attorney firmly believes that his clients will walk free after “a competent judge sees the facts.”
