Chloë Sevigny makes rare red carpet appearance with son Vanja

Chloë Sevigny made a rare public appearance with her son, Vanja, as the pair attended the Los Angeles premiere of Peacock's upcoming drama series The Five-Star Weekend on Tuesday evening.

The actress walked the red carpet at the Hammer Museum with five-year-old Vanja, delighting photographers as the mother-son duo posed together before the screening. 

Known for keeping her family life largely private, Sevigny smiled as she held her son's hand, making the event an uncommon public outing for the pair.

For the occasion, Sevigny showcased her signature fashion-forward style in an elegant ensemble, while Vanja looked smart in a coordinated outfit. 

According to Daily Mail, the pair appeared relaxed as they greeted guests and fellow cast members ahead of the premiere.

The Five-Star Weekend, based on the bestselling novel by Elin Hilderbrand, follows a successful food influencer whose life takes an unexpected turn after a personal tragedy leads her to reunite groups of friends from different stages of her life. 

Moreover, the series boasts an ensemble cast including Jennifer Garner, Judy Greer, D'Arcy Carden and Sevigny.

Sevigny welcomed Vanja in May 2020 with her husband, art gallery director Siniša Mačković. 

Since becoming a mother, the actress has largely kept her son out of the spotlight, making their appearance together a notable moment for fans.
