Ariana Grande has been in the headlines ever since she hit the road for her Eternal Sunshine tour, bringing her impersonator in the spotlight too.

Paige Niemann is featured in her Turning the Paige documentary where she made a shocking confession about a conversation she had with the 33-year-old singer.

The former look alike opened up about receiving a private message from the Grammy winner when Paige went viral for copying the singer completely .

The content creator revealed that the singer was “flattered,” appreciating her sweet nature.

However, the Positions crooner penned down: “I think someone should tell you if they haven’t today that you’re very beautiful as YOURSELF.”

Ariana believed that the star did not need “all the makeup and trying to make” herself resemble someone else. She added: “I had to say it because it’s the truth.”

Towards the end of the message, the Everyday song maker felt if she “didn’t say that to you, I’d regret it,” asking her to take care of herself.

Although the text was written with utmost care, the online community believed that the singer tried giving Paige a reality check and asking her to stop impersonating.

A netizen was of the opinion that Ariana should have reported her, expressing concerns over her having “her own documentary.”
