Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding celebrations reportedly kicked off with a star-studded rehearsal dinner at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
According to reports the couple hosted an intimate pre-wedding gathering on Thursday July 2 at the iconic venue with a larger celebration said to have followed later in the evening.
CBS News reported that the space was booked until around 4 a.m. with roughly 1,000 guests expected to take part in the extended festivities.
A bigger wedding celebration for the 14-time Grammy winner and the Kansas City Chiefs star is reportedly set to take place on Friday July 3 though neither Swift nor Kelce has publicly confirmed details of the ceremony.
Several celebrity names from the couple’s inner circle were reportedly spotted around New York as the wedding buzz intensified.
Lena Dunham and producer Jack Antonoff were among those seen in the city while Selena Gomez shared an Instagram Stories clip of herself dressed in a black floral gown ahead of the celebrations.
Reports have also suggested that guests expected at the wedding include Suki Waterhouse, the Haim sisters, Zoë Kravitz and Emma Stone.
Ed Sheeran and Sabrina Carpenter were also reportedly in town while Page Six published photos said to show Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper heading to the rehearsal dinner.
The dinner itself reportedly took place inside Madison Square Garden’s Infosys Theater and was attended by around 100 guests.
According to CBS the event ran from 6 p.m. until 10.30 p.m. with attendees enjoying cocktails and music as part of the evening.
Speculation surrounding Swift and Kelce’s wedding has continued to dominate headlines in recent days with reports of a lavish multi-day celebration and a guest list packed with A-list stars.
Ahead of the reported ceremony the couple are also said to have donated $26 million to charities across the country including a number of food banks.
