Lizzo has shared her views with fans, who have supported her through thick and thin.
The American female rapper released her anticipated fifth studio album, Bitch, in June 2026.
Now opening about the major miss, the singer turned to social media as she confessed how her connection with the world musically is different.
During a interview on Swiftologist podcast, she said, "I was really stressed and really sad for a few days because this is some of my best stuff,"
She added, "I had to come to terms with the fact that not only is the music industry different – we need to talk about the radio aspect."
Lizzo then confessed that she "mourns" the fact that her relationship and connection to music is complete, which might be the reason for the failed album.
Notably, the previous album before this one, Special from the songstress, was a hit as it landed Number Two on the US albums chart and fans were expecting something similar.
The new 12-track project was released on June 5 through Nice Life and Atlantic Records and was co-produced by Ricky Reed.
