Millie Bobby Brown opens up about her unexpected bond with Tom Cruise

Millie Bobby Brown has opened up about her experiences and fans are shocked.

The Stranger Things star previously quoted herself as "female Tom Cruise" and is now revealing how thrilling doing stunts can get.

While talking to Josh Horowitz at the 92nd Street Y on Wednesday, June 24, the mother of one also shared her unexpected bond with the stunt master, Tom Cruise.

When asked if they both know each other in real life, the 22-year-old labelled the 63-year-old as one of her "dear" friends.

She also revealed how he inspired her to do stunts and keep motivating her to try more things out.

Millie said, "He's a wonderful man and I'm very lucky to call him my friend."

She added, "Tom does the craziest stuff. I think he's trying to get me to somehow fly a plane at some point."

Recalling the time when she gave in to the Mission Impossible actor's wish and tried flying the helicopter, "I was like, 'This is the last time I ever fly any of his equipment,'"

The British actress also shared her thoughts on how she wants girls in the industry to try to learn these things as it is fun and "thrilling."

Notably, Millie also did stunts in her Netflix movie, Damsel, which was released in 2024.
