Jennifer Lopez's costar Betty Gilpin opens up about working with her, 'Its Crazy'

Jennifer Lopez, who is leading the new rom-com, Office Romance, has received a few extraordinary words of praise.

Notably, the movie, which is directed by Ol Parker, stars the On The Floor singer, actor and comedian, Brett Goldstein, Betty Gilpin, Jackie Sandler, and Bradley Whitford.

When asked about working with the songwriter, costar Betty revealed that she thinks the performer is an "Alien" in this world.

She stated to PEOPLE that, "Speaking of up close, she's the most beautiful person I've ever seen up close,"

The 39-year-old added, "It's crazy. It's so much crazier than you could ever imagine, She's an alien on this earth, aesthetically."

Glow star also called Jennifer the "queen" of the rom-com world.

Betty said, "Because I think within that otherworldly, beautiful shell, she's a brilliant actress and she also has that essential rom-com quality, which is being willing to really make fun of yourself and be a clown… It's a joy to watch."

The mother of two also received compliments over the nature and her chemistry with everyone on set.

It is to be noted that the movie's initial release date was June 5, 2026.
