Charlie XCX alerts music listeners about upcoming album

Charli XCX has notified fans about her album on social media and has sparked curiosity among fans.

The British songwriter recently turned to TikTok, where she announced that her work is complete and she has made an album.

Although the Boys hit maker has already released the leading tracks of the album, Rock Music and SS26, she has still not revealed the name of the project.

The video uploaded on Sunday, May 31st, showcased her sitting slouched on a couch as she confessed that the new music would be different.

She said. "It's really different from the last one, that is a fact,"

The 33-year-old added, "I love it and you might not, that's cool but if you do then that's cute but if you don't, that's totally okay because that's what it is to have personal preferences."

It is to be noted that Charli's sixth studio album, BRAT, was a chart-topping and career-defining album for her.

It also consisted of hit songs like Guess, Apple, 360, Girl, so confusing, and Von Dutch

The previous album featured pure club-pop and heavy bass songs, while the forthcoming album will be an "experimental" album with rock songs as well.
