Keanu Reeves recently made rare comment about his longtime partner and painter Alexandra Grant.
The Matrix star attended the 2026 MOCA Gala with his partner, which was held at The Geffen Contemporary at MOCA over the weekend in Los Angeles.
On the red carpet, Keanu could be seen praising his partner especially when asked by PEOPLE if Alexandra was “an easy woman to love”.
To this, the John Wick actor responded with a big “Yeah!”.
Then, Alexandra chimed in and said, “That’s a big question.”
Reflecting on how their love has changed over the years, the 53-year-old artist explained, “I would say that all painting is autobiographical, even though maybe even in abstraction it doesn’t look like there’s a big narrative, but I would definitely say that my paintings become happier.”
Regarding his love, Keanu had a more reserved response, adding, “I don’t know if it has.”
For the unversed, the actor and Alexandra first sparked romantic linkup back in 2019 when they met for the book, Ode to Happiness, written by Keanu and his partner then illustrated its cover.
Two years later, the couple co-founded a publishing house and went public with their relationship.
