Jennifer Lopez moves out of 'marital house': time for change

Jennifer Lopez has prioritised herself this time as she took a big step for herself in life recently.

The American singer, who has been all about building herself stronger after her split from former partner, Benn Affleck, made a major move.

It was revealed that the songstress has moved out of her marital house and moved into her new "dream house,"

As per the reports by the Daily Mail, it was also revealed that she purchased the $18 million Los Angeles mansion about a year ago.

The source stated, "Jennifer is living inside her new property and is thrilled about it because it is like her very own Barbie Dreamhouse,"

Another insider also told PEOPLE previously that the On The Floor hit maker started looking out for a house in April 2024.

Notably, the Office Romance star purchased her new property in March 2025 and was searching for it around the same time as her divorce was filed.

On Monday, May 25th, the songwriter also showed a sneak peek of her luxurious house to her fans as she was seen enjoying herself outside the pool.

For the unversed, the 56-year-old officially separated from the old flame on April 26, 2024.
