Kate Cassidy has admitted no man has managed to measure up to her late boyfriend Liam Payne, and says dating again after his tragic death has been far from easy.
The 27-year-old influencer opened up in an emotional TikTok video, revealing she still compares every potential partner to the former One Direction star, who died in 2024 after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina aged just 31.
Kate confessed Liam had “hit every single box on the checklist” and described him as “f****** hot, funny, kind and generous”.
Speaking candidly to fans, she recalled one recent date that instantly gave her “the ick” after the man reportedly made her friend pay her own bill.
She said, “I was icked out. Liam never did that, ever. Some of these men are like pulling teeth.”
Despite still grieving, she recently revealed that she feels ready to open her heart again, though she insists Kiss You singer will always remain part of her life.
In a heartfelt Instagram clip, she explained, “I loved being in love. I want to have kids one day, I want to have a family and I know Liam would want that for me.”
But she added that moving on will never mean forgetting him.
“I will always love Liam and that will never change no matter who I meet,” she said.
“I’m going to think about Liam on my wedding day. I’m going to think about him every day for the rest of my life.”
Kate has also hit back at cruel trolls urging her to “move on”, insisting Liam was far more than just a celebrity to her.
