Rihanna, Beyoncé finally ended their ‘supposed feuds’ at 2026 Met Gala?

Rihanna and Beyoncé’s recent reunion at this year’s Met Gala has left their fans and industry shocked.

According to Radar Online, the two iconic singers have reportedly ended their alleged feuds after over two decades.

Both Rihanna and Beyoncé attended annual Met Gala in New York alongside their partners, A$AP Rocky and Jay-Z.

An industry insider revealed that the “atmosphere” between the couple was “warm and relaxed” as they attended the afterparty after fashion’s biggest night.

Rihanna appeared to publicly signal the thaw while speaking on the red carpet before the gala.

Interestingly, it was Rihanna who first tried to extend olive branch to Halo singer as she said on the red carpet, “We're going to Beyonce and Jay-Z's after party.”

Another source familiar with the event said that both singers spent part of the evening socialising together, describing the moment as symbolic after years of gossip surrounding their relationship.

An insider noted, “People in the room were definitely aware of the history and the rumours, so seeing Rihanna openly talk about heading to Beyoncé and Jay-Z's party felt significant.”

“It was seen as the clearest sign yet that whatever tension may once have existed is gone,” they explained.

Another music industry source claimed that this “feud” was amplified by fans and online culture “to pit two successful Black women against each other”.

“There has always been enormous fascination with the idea of Beyoncé and Rihanna competing for the same crown,” pointed out an insider.

The source added that they “occupied different lanes creatively, but the Internet turned every release, award, and public appearance into evidence of a battle”.
