Cardi B has recently made major legal move against gossip blogger Tasha amid her harassment allegations.
The American rapper, born Belcalis Almánzar, urges a judge to impose “economically painful” sanctions on the host of UnWineWithTashaK by speaking about Cardi and her exes, Offset and Stefon Diggs.
In the court documents obtained by TMZ, the WAP crooner alleges that Tasha has “engaged in a relentless course of conduct designed to target and harass the rapper and her family through thinly veiled commentary and strategic provocation all while knowing that her audience of over one million social media followers will immediately identify Cardi as the subject”.
The UP singer mentioned that her legal team, led by attorney Lisa Moore, informs Tasha of wrong posts, she quickly deletes them, only to post another soon after.
The rapper pointed out that she is tired of the “cat and mouse” game in the court documents.
According to documents, Tasha reportedly owes Cardi $4 million as part of her defamation battle with the rapper.
Meanwhile, the Please Please singer added that Tasha committed at least 25 violations including discussing Cardi’s then-romantic partner Stefon during her podcasts in violation of the NDA.
