Rihanna is making headlines again following reports that the woman accused of firing at her home has had her California license revoked.
Based on the latest key findings, the suspect named Ivanna Lisette Ortiz, reportedly lost her license to practice speech language pathology at the request of the state attorney general, according to court documents.
As reported by the DailyMail, the development follows multiple serious allegations against her, including attempted murder, which is linked to the March 8 incident at the singer’s residence while she was inside with her family.
The outlet went on to add, Ortiz had previously shared online posts and videos allegedly targeting the Work hitmaker, including disturbing remarks and threats directed at the star.
Furthermore, the publication noted that she had prior legal issues in Florida, including arrests related to domestic violence and other violations.
For the unversed, Ortiz has pleaded not guilty to all 14 charges in court.
Prosecutors allege she fired into the property, which also includes residences associated with A$AP Rocky and their children, although no injuries were reported. Authorities said the occupants “easily could have been hit.”
Meanwhile, the platform added, she remains in custody on a bail set at $1.875 million and has been ordered to stay away from Rihanna and A$AP Rocky as the case continues, with the investigation still ongoing.
