Chappell Roan makes rare comment about Miley Cyrus after hotel drama

Chappell Roan has recently made rare comment about Miley Cyrus after facing backlash over hotel drama.

The Hot To Go crooner revealed what kind of impact Hannah Montana had on her life as she made a guest appearance on the occasion of show’s 20th Anniversary Special on March 24.

Speaking to Miley, Chappell opened up that she’s inspired by Miley who the singer believed “took a lot of heat in 2012, 2013”.

“Like I don't have to deal with that as much because the world really took it out on you,” claimed the 28-year-old.

Reflecting on Miley’s successful journey, Chappell mentioned, “To see you be the artist you are, to be able to do this it just shows your heart and your appreciation for your younger self and what got you here.”

To this, the Flowers singer replied, “That means a lot to me.”

Earlier in 2024, Chappell confronted a photographer at the premiere of Olivia Rodrigo: Guts World Tour and accused him of being “disrespectful” toward her at the Grammys.

At the time, Miley publicly defended Good Luck, Babe! singer when the singer pointed out that she had reached out to the rising star to offer support.

“I wish people would not give her a hard time. It's probably really hard coming into this business with phones and Instagram,” explained the Last Song star.

Miley added, “That wasn't always a part of my life, and I'm not a part of it now.”
