Britney Spears is “reliving” some of the emotional fallout especially after her recent DUI arrest earlier in March.

The Toxic singer expressed fears of losing her freedom because of her experience with conservatorship for 13 years.

Some insiders claim that Britney is suffering from severe anxiety due to her arrest near her home in Thousand Oaks, California after she allegedly swerved between lanes.

A source close to the situation spilled to Radar Online that there is “a real sense that Britney is reliving some of the emotional fallout from conservatory period that equates to PTSD because this situation has introduced uncertainty about her autonomy again.”

“What might seem like a routine legal matter to others feels, to her, like something that could spiral into much bigger consequences,” explained an insider.

Another source revealed that Britney is “deeply anxious” as she doesn’t know how this could be “interpreted” by authorities and people around her.

The incident that happened four years after her conservatorship ended could go against the singer.

“There is a fear that it could be used to question her ability to manage independently, which brings back memories of a time when decisions about her life were taken out of her hands,” added an insider.

Meanwhile, Britney got emotional during her custody and since then faced increased scrutiny from both law enforcement and her inner circle.

“There is a concern that it could reignite conversations about placing her back under some form of oversight, which is something she is absolutely determined to avoid,” said a tipster.
