Rihanna has faced a dangerous situation while being present at her Beverly Hills mansion, since it was attacked in broad daylight.
The pop star’s home had shots fired at it, one of which went through the wall of the home, on Sunday March 8.
As per People, the Los Angeles Police Department stated that authorities responded to a report of a shooting at the Umbrella singer’s place of residence at around 1:15 p.m. local time.
A suspect, whose identity has not been made public but was arrested is a 30-year-old woman that was located and into custody without incident, and a weapon was recovered.
The LAPD representative added that no injuries were reported and that "This is an active LAPD Robbery Homicide Division investigation."
Rihanna, who lives with her partner, rapper A$AP Rocky, and their three children, RZA, Riot and Rocki, was at the house but is reportedly “okay.”
A spokesperson for the police department, Sgt. Jonathan de Vera, disclosed that the rounds were fired from inside the vehicle before it fled.
As per dispatch audio, first responders suspect that approximately 10 shots were fired and the vehicle is notably a white Tesla.
Rihanna or her representatives have not yet issued a statement regarding the dangerous situation, as the case is still unfolding.
