Rihanna surpasses Taylor Swift as she marks 38 birthday

Rihanna marked her 38th Birthday on February 20 and her achievements are louder than any party post.

The Barbadian born singer-turned-businesswoman remained silent on her Instagram feed, carrying on with her low-key birthday theme.

Nonetheless, the messages of congratulations kept on coming in for the world star-mom of three.

Ellen DeGeneres took to her Instagram handle and posted a throwback picture to celebrate her big day, wishing, "Happy birthday, Riri. I riri miss you."

The image showed the crooner singing and the former comedian now host enjoying beside her.

However, the Fenty Beauty founder remained quiet on the internet, while her statistics spoke volumes.

The artist of the song, the most-listened-to female performer on Spotify, is reported to have surpassed Taylor Swift.

As per multiple sources, the Diamonds hitmaker outperformed the 36-year-old Lover crooner by an enormous margin in terms of monthly listeners almost ten years after releasing ANTI (2016).

The Breakin’ Dishes chart topper has since risen to No. 4 around the world, and Swift to No. 5, even though Swift released The Life of a Showgirl in October 2025.  

This speculated surrounding her long-awaited ninth album, R9, still boiling, there is one thing that is evident.

The couple (Rihanna and A$AP Rocky) reportedly celebrated together however, the marking was completely silent from the rappers side.
