Gordon Ramsay and his wife Tana Ramsay have addressed an ongoing family feud that erupted around the December wedding of their daughter Holly Ramsay to British Olympic champion Adam Peaty, amid intense public scrutiny and media coverage.
The high-profile ceremony at Bath Abbey was celebrated by many but has since been overshadowed by disputes between Peaty and his own relatives after several members of his family, including his mother Caroline Peaty, were not invited to key pre-wedding events and ultimately did not attend the wedding itself.
In a Netflix documentary Being Gordon Ramsay, glimpses of happier times, including the couple's engagement party with both families present, contrast sharply with later fallout as Peaty’s relationship with his family deteriorated.
According to Daily Mail, Gordon and Tana have maintained that they welcomed Peaty’s family warmly and that they “treated them like royalty,” despite the fractured relations, and expressed that the dispute has been “upsetting” to all involved.
Moreover, Peaty’s mother recently shared emotional tributes amid the strain, calling her husband her “rock” even as the family rift continues to attract tabloid and social media attention.
