Victoria Beckham marked a major career milestone amid ongoing family tensions that continue to make headlines.
The 51-year-old fashion designer put on a brave and stylish front in Paris as she accepted one of France’s highest cultural honours.
It’s worth noting that she was named a Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters at a ceremony on Monday, January 26.
The prestigious award recognises her contribution to the arts, particularly her luxury fashion and beauty empire.
Victoria was joined in the French capital by husband Sir David Beckham and their children Romeo, 23, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 14.
This marked the family’s first public appearance since eldest son Brooklyn revealed last week that he has no desire to reconcile with his parents amid their reported estrangement.
The former Spice Girl was dressed impeccably when she used her acceptance speech to thank her family for “always believing in my vision.”
Meanwhile, she also praised France for treating fashion “with the seriousness it deserves as a form of art”.
“This is not the achievement of just one person,” Victoria told guests, paying tribute to her design, atelier and production teams.
She also thanked her parents and children for their unwavering support.
After the ceremony, she took to Instagram to share her pride, reserving special praise for David, whom she described as her “husband and original investor”.
