Katy Perry is ready to take her relationship with ex-Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau to ‘new heights.’

The 42-year-old singer is reportedly planning a sweet getaway with her new politician boyfriend for the holidays, as reported by a source of PEOPLE magazine on Thursday.

Moreover, Katy is expected to close her Lifetimes Tour before the holidays to spend time with her new beau, the source added.

“Without exaggeration, this year has been a whirlwind for her,” the source said. “She hasn’t even had time to really think about her life after the tour.”

It was first in July 2025 when the couple ignited the rumours of a budding romance, but chose to remain tight-lipped about the situation.

Moving on, the couple confirmed their relationship in front of the world when Trudeau publicly came to celebrate the pop star's 41st birthday, holding her hand in Paris.

After their relationship launch on her birthday bash, an insider of Page Six revealed that Treadeau is "crazy" for the Hot N Cold singer.

“He is crazy about her and thinks she is the perfect woman,” the tipper stated.

“They are simpatico on everything including politics, kids and French food," the source added, “They both have a sparkle for each other."
