Ariana Grande shocked everyone by wrapping Wicked era with a major transformation after rocking the persona of Glinda for a long time.

Known for dramatic hair transformations, the 32-year-old singer starred in Disney’s Wicked series followed by going completely blonde.

However, the Side to Side hitmaker decided to reverse the hair colour by using a brown toner, a change which was applauded by her fans.

During an interview for her upcoming, Ariana admitted she is having a hard time maintaining the colour in her hair as she kept the light tone for nearly three years.

The superstar was complimented by the host, pointing out: “You look very good as brunette” to which Ariana replied that both she and her hair are “still adjusting.”

Her beautiful locks are “spitting out the toner every time I wash,” claiming they are "method" and rejecting the change.

The Bang Bang crooner turned to her co-star Cynthia, confirming that “it was darker yesterday” but she now woke up “with highlights.”

After the clip was shared on the internet, fans gave their opinion to the musician with one X user noting that she should use “permanent hair dye instead of a toner.”

Another suggested her to wash them “with cold water,” reasoning that her locks’ “cuticles have been lifted so they’re not going to hold the colour pigments easily.”
