Sombr has been getting some hate for his antics at his concert, and he has finally responded to it on his social media.
The 12 to 12 singer took to the same platform as the viral video, TikTok to respond to the concertgoer who “hated” his show at Anthem in Washington, D.C., on October 13 and posted a nine minute rant about it.
In the original video, the 25-year-old woman noted that she didn’t like the opener at the concert, and the singer seemed to be acting like she had fans and like she was out of breath and overall “sucked.”
The internet user then talked about the MTV Video Music Award award winner, saying that the concert was cringey and that the singer was speaking “brainrot.”
She also said that he was making lewd jokes with underage fans, adding that the songwriter also sounded bad despite saying he had bronchitis.
Sombr has since responded to the video, revealing that the video “It’s kind of started a body shaming hate train directed towards me.”
The 20-year-old emphasised that he was quite young and that the jokes and his personality quirks are well known online, which she probably would have known beforehand.
Sombr also touched grass in the video and asked the concertgoer to live a little, adding that everyone was welcome at his shows.
Sombr gained a significant amount of attention when his tracks Back to Friends and Undressed went viral on TikTok in March of this year.
