Veteran actress Naomi Watts received her very own star at the Hollywood Walk of Fame on October 13.
Addressing the audience at the ceremony, she stressed the importance of having her system of support present, “I’m so proud of my kids. My son Sasha [Schreiber], a freshman at USC [University of Southern California], is here straight from class.”
“He rolled in, and he’s blossoming into the kindest, most charismatic young man,” she added about the 18 year old boy.
Continuing with her 16 year old daughter Kai, the actress claimed she is “a high school senior, who’s both fierce and fearless,” while her stepson Will is “a young artist, following in his father’s footsteps”.
Before expressing her gratitude to the children she shares with Liev Schreiber, Watts gave her thanks to her husband Billy Crudup, who “has shown me phenomenal love and support.”
She has been open about their mixed family and the love she holds for her children, previously admitting she cried when Sasha went to college, “We packed and unpacked, stacked and color coded. We walked and walked, woke up early with excitement.”
