Dua Lipa updates fans on shoulder injury during US tour

Dua Lipa reassured fans as she returned to the stage following a brief break, which had sparked concern after a noticeable bruise appeared on her shoulder.

Many feared upcoming shows might be postponed, but the Levitating singer put those worries to rest at her Dallas Day Two concert on Thursday, October 2.

According to the Daily Mail, the 30-year-old British star had been managing a “painful” injury and sought medical attention. 

Observers speculated the mark could have resulted from a rehearsal mishap or a previous performance, but sources confirmed that the remainder of her tour would go on “without a hitch” after receiving clearance from a radiologist.

“It’s just one of those things,” a source added, easing fans’ concerns. 

Dua is also undergoing physiotherapy to guarantee a complete recovery.

On stage, the pop star looked radiant, her shoulder nearly healed as she moved energetically and changed outfits seamlessly. 

She shared a special moment with 36-year-old American singer Leon Bridges, performing a cover of Beyond.

Currently on her North American tour, Dua is set to take her show to Latin America, with dates planned throughout November and December.
