Nicki Minaj loses massive support after Cardi B rift reignites

Nicki Minaj, who is known for her rapping career, got embroiled in an online feud with Cardi B after announcing her sixth album.

Although the 42-year-old singer had a heated exchange with Cardi, the situation started impacting her support on platforms like Instagram.

According to Instrack, the Barbie World hitmaker’s social media following dropped from 224 million to 223 million after loosing nearly 400k followers in last 30 days.

The drop accelerated after the two singers reignited their rift, insulting and dissing each other on several aspects including each other’s children.

While Nicki tried to end the feud with an apology for Grammy winner's child; however, she refused to accept it by saying the exchange is “draining” her energy.

One of the users accused the Girl on Fire singer for abusing “drugs… she’s embarrassing her legacy.”

The Side to Side hitmaker was called out for the rift as a netizen wrote: “Don’t purchase her next project 3/27/2025,” which will drop during Cardi’s tour.
