Britney Spears’ sister tears up at rare family photo

Britney Spears’ sons have appeared in a rare social media post shared by their cousin, Maddie Watson, the daughter of Jamie Lynn Spears.

The 43-year-old singer’s niece took to Instagram on September 20, to post a series of recent snapshots from her life.

Notably, the pictures included highlights from the 16-year-old’s latest football game, as well as moments with family and friends.

One photo that particularly caught fans’ attention showed Maddie standing proudly beside her cousins, Sean Preston and Jayden James, along with her younger sister, Ivey Watson.

In the picture, she appeared with her arm in a sling following a football injury earlier this year, while seven-year-old Ivey posed in front holding the Stanley.

Sean was seen with his arm affectionately around Maddie’s shoulder, smiling alongside his brother as they looked at the camera.

It was Jamie’s comment on her daughter’s post that made fans realise it was a bittersweet moment, as all the children have grown up so quickly.

She wrote: “I. CAN. NOT” with a crying face emoji, expressing her emotions at seeing the once-small kids now as young adults.

It is worth noting that the Baby One More Time singer’s sons had been estranged from their mother for some time due to her controversial content and struggles with mental health.
