Sabrina Carpenter sent fans into a frenzy after revealing her double duty on Saturday Night Live weeks after Taylor Swift's album release.
The 26-year-old singer took to X (formerly known as Twitter) and posted the infamous SNL celebrity guest reveal: yellow and pink Post-it notes.
However, this time, Sabrina’s name was on both notes, revealing her as the host and the guest star performer.
Netizens rushed to the comment section to express their excitement. One fan wrote, “SHE’S ON SNL AND THEY’RE NOT.” Another well-wisher penned, “Sabrina Carpenter world domination.”
Notably, her appearance on the hit comedy show is dated for October 18, 2025, which is just weeks after the release of Taylor’s album, The Life of a Showgirl, set to drop on October 3.
Some fans speculate that Sabrina might perform the titular track since she’s mentioned as a collaborator on the upcoming record.
The news comes a week after the Tears hitmaker was announced as a headliner for 2026 Coachella, which has been a dream for her since she last performed at the festival in 2024.
Previously, the Grammy winner appeared alongside Pedro Pascal on SNL’s episode of 50 Domingo Sketch, where she gave a unique rendition of Espresso.
As of now, there’s no confirmation of what songs Sabrina will sing as the musical guest, but everyone is seated for the comedic relief she will serve as a host.
The Life of a Showgirl consists of 12 tracks since it’s Taylor Swift’s 12th studio album.
