Princess of Wales, Kate has welcomed the First Lady of US Melania Trump in Meghan Markle’s former home.

On September 17, the US President Donald Trump landed in UK for his second state visit with his wife Melania Trump.

After a grand state banquet, the first lady was invited to Frogmore Gardens, an estate just south of Windsor Castle, by Princess Kate.

They made history as it marked their first solo outing without their respective spouses.

Interestingly, before stepping down from their royal duties, Meghan and Harry resided in the cottage from 2019 to 2020.

The location served as the couple’s last residence before they moves to US distancing themselves from the royal life.

The couple left the place shortly before the birth of their son Archie and formally vacated it in 2023.

Kate and Melania were at the cottage to visit the young children in the Squirrel Scouts program.

The squirrel scouts are the youngest members of the Scouting family, all ages four to six years old.

Earlier today, Melania joined Queen Camilla to tour the Royal Library in Windsor.
