Chanel Watkins is engaged to ‘Ultimatum’ co-star Micah Hardeman

Chanel Watkins is engaged to The Ultimatum co-star Micah Hardeman after leaving Netflix’s show mid-season.

About a year ago, the duo exited season 3 of The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On alongside Dave Adams and Vanessa Hattaway.

Chanel and Micah collaborated on an Instagram post on Monday, Sept. 15, to announce their engagement, with Chanel adding the caption, “I SAID YES!!!!”

The couple shared photos and a video from their surprise proposal near the waterfront in Dumbo, a neighbourhood in the New York City borough of Brooklyn.

Under the Manhattan skyline at night, Micah got down on one knee to ask Chanel for forever. The couple was surrounded by candles and red roses arranged in a heart shape.

In one photo, the bride-to-be flaunted her dazzling diamond ring above a bouquet of red roses, tied with a ribbon that read, “Will You Marry Me?”

In season 3 of The Ultimatum, Hattaway presented Adams with an ultimatum, while Watkins did the same with Hardeman. However, after choosing their trial marriage partners during The Choice and moving in together, the four exited the show early.
