Zayn Malik excites fans after Kendall Jenner's admission

Zayn Malik, known for his chart-topping solo hits, has thrilled fans by promising Indian influences on his next album.

The 32-year-old singer, once a member of One Direction, has announced that his upcoming album will feature “Indian influences,” offering fans a vibrant nod to his South Asian heritage.

He told The Sun that his fifth studio record, due next year, will be a continuation of his 2016 solo debut Mind of Mine.

“I’ve been working on some cool s*** in South Asian music and bringing those influences into my music,” he said.

“It’s like pop, R&B, and a lot of Indian influences. I might have some songs coming out in Urdu too.”

The Entertainer hitmaker added that fans would soon hear new music from a “cool collaborator” ahead of the album.

“We’ve got some big things lined up. I think next year is going to be a big year,” he teased.

Zayn, who recently recorded the soundtrack for the new video game Borderlands 4, also revealed a surprising ambition, hosting his own radio show. 

In a related revelation, Kendall Jenner, who shares a close friendship with Gigi Hadid, the former partner of the Night Changes singer, may have drawn inspiration from him.

The Kardashians star seems influenced by the singer’s decision to step away from the spotlight at the height of his global fame, leaving the British boy band at its peak to focus on his personal life.
