American rapper Cardi B, who is known for her bold personality and outspoken confessions, is opening up about her love life.
The rapper, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, was previously married to fellow rapper Offset until their divorce in 2023.
The former pair had three children before eventually calling it quits.
Now, the mother-of-three, who will be releasing her much-anticipated album Am I the Drama? On September 19, is dating American footballer Stefon Diggs.
Speaking of her relationship, Cardi said she feels “weird” explaining her relationship to her fans.
The musician explained her dedicated fans as “They could be a little bit annoying, like: 'Aight. Now y’all doing too much, 'but I really love them. They can be therapeutic.”
Opening up about he relationship with the footballer, Cardi told Billboard, “It’s so weird because I have somebody new in my life and explaining that type of relationship to my fans.”
The rapper also emphasized that she values her fans’ approval and takes certain things into consideration.
Cardi and Offset got married in 2017 but split three years later. They reconciled but eventually finalised their divorce in 2024.
