Ozzy Osbourne’s son reveals how he was informed of his death

Ozzy Osbourne’s son Jack has opened up finding about his father’s death in July.

The world of metal rock went into mourning when the Prince of Darkness passed away at the age of 76.

The Black Sabbath front man breathed his last in his home in Buckinghamshire on the morning of July 22.

Jack Osbourne, who is the youngest child of late singer Ozzy Osbourne, revealed where he was when he was given the devastating news.

In a YouTube video, he said, “I woke up in Los Angeles to a knock on my house door at around 3.45 in the morning.”

Jack said the person who broke the news to him was someone who has worked for his family for 30 years.

“I knew something bad had happened. I was informed that my father had passed.”, he added.

Revealing his initial reaction, Jack said, “So many thoughts, there was a level of like, ‘Okay, he’s not struggling. He’s not suffering anymore, and that is something.”

Talking about Ozzy’s health during his last show, he said, “I wish he was still with us all, but he was having a rough go and I think people saw that at the show.”

Ozzy passed away only few days after he performed on his farewell show with his band.
