On July 22, the world of metal rock lost its legend, Ozzy Osbourne at the age of 76.
The singer passed away after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease.
After a week of his death, the music icon is scheduled to be laid to rest after one final trip around his hometown, Birmingham.
The city’s Lord Mayor Zafar Iqbal said on July 29 that the singer will get the farewell he deserves.
The mortal remains of the late icon arrived in a black car in a 6-car procession at 1pm at the Black Sabbath bridge as the band played walking in front of it.
The car paused and Ozzy’s stepped outside to place flowers at the memorial.
Ozzy’s wife Sharon broke down in tears as she limped towards the bench supported by her kids Kelly, Aimme and Jack.
The crowd chanted Ozzy’s name as the family members greeted them.
After a brief pause, the family got back in the car as the procession left the bridge.
