Pete Davidson announced that he had been working on his upcoming project, that will be a horror movie, titled The Home.
The comedian revealed that he was shocked when he found out that he had to film for a scene where a needle would be held above his eyes and it could not be done by CGI.
The actor, who recently announced he is going to be a father for the first time, said he was shocked when he arrived at the set and found three doctors looking very concerned.
While speaking on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Pete recalled the incident, “Obviously, I read the script and was just like, 'That won't be my eye. This is the movies. It'll be a CGI eye.'”.
Pete said he had a back and forth with the director, James DeMonaco, who was insistent that it has to be Pete’s eyes in the scene because his eyes are very recognizable.
“They open my eye or whatever, and it's all... It's all jacked up. And there's these three doctors on the side, and then this actor was messing up his lines. And I was like, 'Come on, dude.'”, he said.
Later, Pete heard the doctor say if there were 30 more seconds it could've caused major damage.
