Music legend Ozzy Osbourne passed away on July 22 at the age of 76 after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease.
The news was followed by the mourning of thousands from around the world as they paid tribute to the Prince of Darkness.
A week after his death, the singer’s funeral details have been anounced.
Before his passing, the singer said he wants a celebration when he passes away and not a “mope-fest”.
It has now been revealed that there will be a public procession for fans before the funeral will be held privately in his hometown in Birmingham on Wednesday, July 30.
The cortège will travel along Broad Street starting 1pm and reach the Black Sabbath Bridge and bench. It will then pause there so people can pay their respects.
The event is expected to be attend by Ozzy’s family before a private family funeral, the city's Lord Mayor, Councillor Zafar Iqbal, announced on Tuesday.
