Billy Joel shares health update amid deteriorating brain condition

Music icon Billy Joel has updated the fans on his health after it was announced last week that he has been diagnosed with a brain condition.

The musician said while he feels “fine”, his balance “sucks”.

The music idol also added that doctors have failed to understand what has been the cause of his condition.

While speaking on the Club Random podcast, the singer was asked about his health.

The singer replied “It's not fixed, it's still being worked on”.

“I feel fine. My balance sucks - it's like being on a boat.”, he added.

Billy revealed that his condition is normal pressure hydrocephalus, which was previously commonly known as “water on the brain”.

He said “I thought it must be from drinking”, before confirming that he does not drink anymore.

“I feel good. They keep referring to what I have as a brain disorder so it sounds a lot worse than what I'm feeling y'know.”

Previously, the singer had cancelled some of his shows because of his condition.
