Amanda Seyfried dishes on ‘daunting’ milestone

Amanda Seyfried dished the details of what it is like to be a mother to two children, as well as touching on a fast-approaching landmark event in her personal life.

The Mamma Mia! star, who shares daughter Nina, eight and son Thomas, four, with husband Thomas Sadoski commented on turning forty.

In an interview with Hello! magazine, the Primetime Emmy award winner stated, "40 feels daunting, but I hear it’s the gateway to the better years - and that’s probably because I feel like I really know myself and know what makes me feel at peace."

The Jennifer’s Body actress has decided to be less active in her acting career and decided to shift her focus on family life and giving time to her children.

Amanda went on to discuss that she loves going on vacations with her family, since it allows them to have slow, relaxing days together.

“We love the quiet, the beach, and just having the chance to slow down together. No big plans, just walks, food, and time to breathe," she revealed.

The Chloe star then noted that she likes to keep her children occupied by giving them plenty of supplies.

Amanda carries a tote bag for whatever they would want to collect, notebooks, sticker books and snacks.
