Leonardo DiCaprio spotted leaving Paris dinner amid renewed backlash

Leonardo DiCaprio made every effort to maintain a low profile while leaving the dinner party hosted by Jeff Bezos' new wife Lauren Sanchez in Paris, France this week.

The sighting occurs less than two weeks after the 50-year-old Oscar winner was called a "hypocrite" for going to the $50 million Italian wedding of the billionaire couple.

DiCaprio received harsh mockery online for wearing a hat low over his eyes and nose during the three-day wedding, as if to "hide" from the cameras.

When he was spotted leaving the posh Laperouse restaurant on Tuesday night, the Titanic star performed a similar stunt.

Wearing a casual all black ensemble, DiCaprio's well known face was barely visible behind a black baseball cap that he pulled down to conceal his eyes and an N95.

Enthusiastic fans watched as a well dressed bodyguard led the actor to a nearby SUV.

DiCaprio's 27-year-old model girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti, who accompanied him to the contentious wedding of Sanchez and Bezos, was not present.
