Gaines, a former swimmer, officially reveals her pregnancy at the Young Women Leadership summit in Texas and is all set to welcome her newborn baby girl with Louis Barker.
The political activist showed her baby bump with the ultrasound report in an ironic manner. The moment she announced, the audience applauded, stood up with excitement and displayed positive energy at the summit.
Gaines, 25, announced that “I feel this baby, this young girl kicking around in my stomach when I’m laying down to sleep at night. I see the baby’s tiny little hands. Her tiny little feet on the ultrasound. I listen to her heartbeat”.
She added, “There’s something so special and providential about having a little girl. She’s everything I’ve been fighting for and the little girl we have prayed over for years. Praise God."
