Pop star Dua Lipa had been dating British actor Callum Turner when the rumours started spreading that the actor had popped the question already.
However, neither of the two had officially confirmed to the world what their relationship status was, until now.
In conversation with British Vogue, Dua said “Yeah, we’re engaged”, confirming that the pair is officially cuffed.
Expressing her delight the singer said “It’s very exciting.”
Dua further gave insight on the ring and the proposal revealing that Callum chose the ring with her friend and sister Rina.
“I’m obsessed with it”, the singer gushed about the ring that is made of gold and diamond set in it.
“It’s so me. It’s nice to know the person that you’re going to spend the rest of your life with knows you very well.”
Speaking about their wedding plans, Dua said they are still busy with their work.
“I want to finish my tour, Callum’s shooting, so we’re just enjoying this period”, the singer said.
Dua said she has never been someone who though about wedding but now she has been thinking of her bridal dress and wedding festivities.
