The 18-year-old left fans worried as she appeared to limp outside of an urgent care facility.
The star child looked visibly uncomfortable and in discomfort as she walked slowly, dressed in a green hoodie and black trousers.
Shiloh left the medical center alone and while she could walk it did not look easy.
