Hugh Jackman, who has been a close friend of Ryan Reynolds for almost 17 years, revealed he is at odds with his pal due to a little “gripe.”
In the middle of From New York, With Love, Hugh shocked fans as he looked back at the time when Ryan frustrated him.
During the filming of Deadpool & Wolverine, Hugh recalled that he had the “time of my life,” but faced a minor issue when he was not included by the 48-year-old in the movie’s musical number, according to Daily Mail.
The Wolverine actor joked that he doesn’t “need to be in every scene,” but since the Deadpool lead wrote the script, he complained about not being added in the opening sequence.
“I see that the scene that I’m not in is the opening sequence, which is a dance number to an *NSYNC song by Ryan,” which surprised the 56-year-old.
The Grammy winner poked fun at the Wrexham AFC owner by saying, “I’m like, the one scene I’m not in has dance. Now Ryan, he’s very talented, but dancing?”
However, the X-Men star took the opportunity to “rectify” the problem as he performed “the dance that got away” with his trainer Beth Lewis on the 2000s hit Bye Bye Bye.
The Academy Award winner has developed a strong friendship with Ryan Reynolds over the last two decades. Blake Lively got closer with her husband’s friend during the shooting of Deadpool & Wolverine.
