Blake Lively, who filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against her co-star Justin Baldoni, loses support from another crew mate of It Ends With Us.
In an interview with 60 Minutes Australia, a production team member of the romantic movie spoke up against Blake, calling her out for exploiting Justin's kindness.
Talia Spencer, who worked as a storyboard artist, sided with the accused director as she explained that the Gossip Girl alum “smelled his kindness… and mistook it for weakness,” by trying to take “advantage and power.”
According to the ex-staffer, the 37-year-old attempted to gain control as “there was a massive compromise in terms of Justin’s original vision for the film.”
Talia expressed her disappointment after allegedly witnessing the original outlook of the movie “overtaken by” Blake’s modified version.
Although the crew member did not specify how the Another Simple Favor actress asserted her dominance, those supposed details have been provided by the 41-year-old in his $400 million defamation suit.
The filmmaker claimed that the Betty Buzz owner began interfering “into the production process in intrusive ways well beyond the scope of her contractual entitlement.”
An instance mentioned in the document alleged that “Lively began to insist on creative control over her character’s wardrobe.”
According to the complaint, Justin was pressurised by the Savages actress to re-write pivotal scene after meeting with her husband Ryan Reynolds and close friend Taylor Swift.
