Fans blast Jennie for lip-syncing as Rose, Lisa show support
Jennie’s performance did not appease fans who claimed she was lip-syncing
Blackpink’s Jennie made her solo debut at Coachella with a 12-song set on the first weekend, but fans were not pleased.
The singer’s fellow Blackpink members Lisa and Rose were also in attendance as they cheered for their mate’s debut performance at Coachella.
While Jennie was praised for her electrifying stage presence, criticism emerged as fans suspected the rapper-singer was not actually singing the songs.
“Lipsyncing the whole song. Why she even have a microphone for??”, wrote a disappointed fan on X.
Many also harshly commented on her short-lived energy saying she gets tired too quickly which is not good for an on-stage performance.
“She gets tired too quickly, girl I think you should stop using vape” , said a fan about her stamina.
The three bandmates also posed together after Jennie’s performance, reuniting for the first time in a while since all the girls have taken a solo music career route.

Blackpink’s Jennie and BTS’ Kim Taehyung, also known as V, were spotted together in Paris in 2023. French paparazzies released pictures of the two in public getting cozy, however, the two pop stars’ managements have remained silent on the rumour.
