Taylor Swift fans had been eagerly waiting for the arrival of new music, and they might finally get their wish.
The Ready For It? singer was mentioned by a Swedish DJ, Jacob Criborn, in an interview with Universal Music Sweden and the moment has since gone viral.
The 34-year-old, who is part of a Swedish electro house duo, Nause, was talking about another Swedish musician Erik Arvinder when he abruptly mentioned “We’re just finishing Taylor Swift’s album.”
The remark did not go unnoticed by Swifties, who swiftly jumped on various social media outlets to spill their excitement over the claim.
One netizen exclaimed on the social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter) "i’m losing my mind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Another noted enthusiastically “I fear that TS12 will be...... THE BEST ALBUM EVER MADE!!!!!"
A third contemplated on the 14-time Grammy winner’s collaboration with Erik, who is a violinist, writing, "violin in TS12 oh my," "I’m now imagining ts12 being orchestral and it would sound heavenly."
It is important to note that Taylor, 35, has not confirmed the collaboration yet, and that clip was taken down by Universal Music Sweden soon after it made rounds on the internet.
