Sarah Paulson disclosed the song she attributes to her long-standing friendship with a coworker turned best friend.
The Bird Box actress has been friends with Amanda Peet, her “ride or die” ever since the two met on the set of their 1999 film, Jack and Jill, and even have a song that perfectly describes their camaraderie.
"You know that song 'II Most Wanted' by Beyoncé and Miley Cyrus? I know it's about lovers, and we are deeply not in love with each other, but that's our song," Paulson told People while at the premiere of Peet’s new television series Your Friends & Neighbors on April 8.
She went on to gush about her admiration for the Identity Thief star, going as far as to say, “I feel like I wouldn't want to be on planet Earth if she weren’t here."
The song, which was featured on Beyonce’s Grammy winning album, Cowboy Carter contains lyrics like “I'm drivin' you crazy anytime you like, oh, woah / I'll be your shotgun rider 'til the day I, 'til the day I die.”
The verse upholds what the 50-year-old star had previously said about Peet, calling their friendship “wildly chaotic” while also being a grounding force.
The song II Most Wanted, released on April 12, 2024 interpolates Landslide by Fleetwood Mac which originally came out in 1975.
