Miley Cyrus ‘makes the rules’ for family says sister

Miley Cyrus’ sister, Brandi sat down for an interview with People at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in Los Angeles where she opened up about who makes the rules at family gatherings.
“Something that we love to do that’s probably so unexpected is we love to play cards,” she said of the family that consists of Billy Ray Cyrus, Tish and four more siblings.
“It’s so silly. We love Uno. It’s a classic,” the DJ added.
When asked about her take on putting a Draw 2 card on top of another Draw 2, she claimed, “You got to ask Miley Cyrus because she makes the rules.”
She also said that the rules can be expected to change every night, “I can’t even keep up. One time the answer is yes, but the next time the answer might be no. Miley is definitely the one in charge.”
Brandi made her way to the event two days after making the announcement that she will be DJing for country singer Kenny Chesney’s Las Vegas Residency at The Sphere.
In the announcement, she had written, “THE SPHERE!!! A once in a lifetime experience and I’m SOOO thrilled to be joining @kennychesney for all 15 shows of his iconic residency! I can’t wait to put together an extra special show for y’all. Let’s party!!!”
