Kylie Jenner called out by fans for being ‘mannerless’ with Elton John

Kylie Jenner, who accompanied her Oscar-nominated boyfriend Timothée Chalamet, made fans furious as she interacted with Elton John.

After Timothée greeted one of the best-selling musical artists during a commercial break, A Complete Unknown star quickly turned to introduce the legend to his girlfriend.

Kylie decided to remain seated and acknowledge Elton, as the gentleman kissed the extended hand of the Kardashian star.

The act of the 27-year-old model sent fans into frenzy as they demanded her to stand up to nod at the 77-year-old star.

One Instagram user completely disregarded her ignorance and asked her to “get up for Sir Elton John!”

Another exclaimed, “That is Sir Elton John. You stand when being greeted to him.”

A third one noted that its not important to only stand up for notable celebrities, but “out of respect and manners, you stand up when you greet someone.”

The rage of the online community targeted the entrepreneur’s mother as well, calling her out by saying: “did you not teach your daughter any manners?”

Despite all the negativity, the couple enjoyed their time at the ceremony as Kylie Jenner and Timothée held their seats at the front row to cheer for her boyfriend’s Oscar nomination in the category of best actor male.
